Our Board of Trustees include members committed to improving the health and well-being of people across the Americas. Leaders in their field, the trustees bring superior expertise to UfHI that is closely aligned with our practice of bringing together traditional and nontraditional voices from public- and private-sector backgrounds to develop sustainable solutions.
Each trustee signs a conflict of interest statement annually and agrees to our conflict of interest policy. Additionally, they are committed to the standard trustee duties such as duty of care, loyalty, and obedience. Trustees serve for three years, except for ex-officio members, whose terms are determined in accordance with their appointment.
